Pre-K Classrooms
The design team developed a plan whereby the building’s second floor is cantilevered out over a steep drop off at the rear of the campus. The resulting construction yielded the required square footage for new Pre-K classroom space while simultaneously creating expansive views of the surrounding Wynantskill valley, enhancing the student experience.
Flexible Conference Rooms
A foldable wall dividing the first floor conference rooms easily converts the space into two smaller classrooms. Flexible furniture was chosen to accommodate both faculty meetings and student-based learning.
New Stage
Adjacent to the music room, CSArch designed a new stage within the gymnasium to host band performances, musicals, and the school's graduation ceremony.
Music Room
The new music room provides ample space and storage for instruments. Acoustic baffles across the ceiling reduce noise and reverberation, while adding visual beauty and interest to the space.
