CSArch provided design services on approximately 150,000 square feet of interior fit-up for this financial institution's new office space in Latham, New York. The four-story space is modern and inviting, providing an open and collaborative work environment.
Office Pantries and Social Spaces
Each floor of the building incorporates a central pantry with various seating styles to allow for social interaction and collaboration. The color scheme of each pantry was purposefully selected to represent the microclimates of the four regions from Albany to New York City.
Project Scope
CSArch teamed with Perkins and Will to provide the design of the interior fit-up on this 150,000 square foot office building in Latham, New York. The four-story building, designed by Syvertsen Rigosu Architects, includes a modern lobby, cafeteria and kitchen space, support spaces, and three floors of office space with cellular and team rooms, conference rooms, and pantry spaces.
To represent the four microclimates along the Hudson River from Albany to New York City, the color palettes, furniture and lighting of each floor were carefully selected and compliment the surrounding landscape.
