Open office spaces with adjustable stand-sit desks allow employees to work collaboratively in teams and provide maximum exposure to natural light.
Cellular and Team Space
Cellular and team meeting spaces are centrally located on each office floor to allow for small meetings and private individual work. The use of floor-to-ceiling glass allows natural light to penetrate these inside spaces and promote transparency.
Office Pantries and Social Spaces
Each floor of the building incorporates a central pantry with various seating styles to allow for social interaction and collaboration. The color scheme of each pantry was purposefully selected to represent the microclimates of the four regions from Albany to New York City.
Cafeteria and Kitchen Space
The first floor of the building features a modern, full-service cafeteria and kitchen/servery space, including indoor and outdoor seating options and plenty of natural light to encourage social interaction between employees.
