CSArch Intoduces Newly Renovated Newburgh Office

After nearly 3 months of construction, we are excited to announce the opening of our newly renovated Newburgh office! To celebrate the new space, CSArch staff were joined by clients, colleagues, consultants, and business partners for an Open House on Wednesday, May 1st.

The renovation comes nearly 19 years after originally opening our office on the Newburgh Waterfront and reflects the shift toward a more open, inviting, and collaborative work environment.

Taking advantage of the breathtaking views overlooking the Hudson River, the design brings the outside in and ensures each space takes in abundant natural light. The south side of the office serves as the studio space, which features flexible, ergonomic furniture with electronically operated sit-stand desks. Employees sit facing each other in clusters to foster greater collaboration among project teams and encourage dialogue between staff. Two sides of the studio are covered with whiteboard-painted wall surfaces, which help facilitate group discussions, organize ideas, and share office information. A 19-foot, high-top table bisects the space and provides an additional workspace while serving as the materials library.

The north side of the office features meeting spaces, an updated kitchenette, and a more casual “living room” space with soft seating, new casework, and a high-top table. The newest feature of the office is the glass-enclosed, multi-purpose room, which can be used for private conversations, one-on-one discussions, small client meetings, or as a parent room. Down the hall, the formal conference room is equipped with upgraded video technology, new furniture and finishes, and acoustic wall treatments to provide a functional and inviting meeting space.

“Our renovated office better reflects our brand and supports our dedicated staff in a more modern and inviting environment,” said Thomas Ritzenthaler, Executive Principal. “We’re excited to showcase this new space as we continue to strengthen our partnerships and provide the highest quality service to our clients.”
