Frank Jelley
Promoted to Associate
Frank Jelley joined CSArch's Construction Management practice in 2018 and has expanded his responsibilities to transition into a Construction Project Administrator role for the firm’s architectural teams. Frank provides regular on-site representation throughout construction administration and is respected by clients and construction managers alike for his thoroughness, oversight, and responsiveness to mitigate issues during construction. His involvement has contributed to successful projects at Albany High School, North Albany Middle School, and Broadalbin-Perth CSD.
Michael Strohecker
Promoted to Associate
An instrumental member of CSArch’s in-house MEP Engineering department, Michael Strohecker has been promoted to Associate. Mike’s professional development and growth since he joined the firm in 2016 has helped him evolve into a trusted mentor and resource for young engineering designers at CSArch. He has played a critical role in the renovation and expansion of Albany High School, CSArch’s largest project to date, and is actively involved in projects with University at Albany, Hyde Park CSD, Queensbury UFSD, and Fallsburg CSD.
Joseph Wasko
Promoted to Associate
Recognized for his expertise in construction project management, on-site quality assurance, and owner representation, Joe Wasko was promoted to Associate. Joe has been a member of CSArch’s Construction Management group since 2018, working closely with owners, contractors, and CSArch design teams to ensure a seamless project execution that aligns with the overall design, budget, and schedule. His involvement from project startup through construction closeout has led to successful projects at Fallsburg CSD, Watervliet CSD, Menands UFSD, and Broadalbin-Perth CSD.
Jamie Barrett
Promoted to Senior Associate
A talented Electrical Engineer with CSArch since 2020, Jamie Barrett was promoted to Senior Associate. Jamie has developed into the leader of our Electrical Engineering group and applies his depth of knowledge in electrical, energy, and lighting system design to each of his projects. Jamie’s experience, leadership, and commitment to project excellence has contributed to successful work with clients including Utica University, Pawling CSD, Hyde Park CSD, and Ichabod Crane CSD.
