Aside from offering flexible hours, tuition reimbursement, and work from home options, CSArch invests in employee well-being through various other platforms. The firm recently renovated it’s Albany office to feature ergonomic furniture, a living room area, collaborative open spaces, modernized furnishings and a kitchen stocked with assorted beverages and snacks. Employees are encouraged to attend in-office happy hours, potlucks, paint and sips, trivia nights, networking events, and other fun outings, like a “Night at the Joe,” welcoming employees and their families to a barbeque and Valley Cats baseball game. The past 9 years CSArch has also participated in the Capital Region CANstruction competition – using canned food items to design colossal structures which are then donated to the Food Pantries for the Capital District.
In addition to attending the ABR’s Best Places to Work luncheon at River’s Resort and Casino last Friday, CSArch staff celebrated their win with an office-wide party. Including the Newburgh and White Plains offices, employees dressed in their favorite “ugly sweater” and enjoyed a happy hour and potluck dinner.
