As Managing Principal, Daryl Mastracci leads the engineering practice and oversees the electrical, fire protection/life safety, and telecommunications design teams.
In addition to his engineering leadership, Daryl is integral to the firm’s strategic planning, business development and marketing, human resources, and operations. Prior to joining CSArch, Daryl was a department head and senior manager at one of the world’s leading engineering consulting firms. Daryl is a licensed Professional Engineer in 10 states and Washington, DC. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Pennsylvania State University.
We create spaces that make an impact on people. The way people move through a building, the way they experience it, how it affects them. That really is the essence of good architecture and what great design is.
I don’t have a favorite architect. There are a lot of architects out there that have a star-studded appeal, but I don’t really subscribe to that. The architects that I have worked with here at CSArch have meant more to me and my career than opening a book and looking a particular photoshoot of a skyscraper somewhere.
